2419 Winsted Ln, Austin, TX 78703, in the Tarrytown neighborhood, minutes from downtown, Sixth Street, UT, and Lake Austin.

Free parking is available on the premises.

Just two big ones from Kyle:

1. Respect the neighbors. Please wrap up outdoor time around 10:00 PM and keep music at a reasonable volume (around level 45 on the speakers).

2. Have fun. Austin is a great city, so enjoy your time here and do not hesitate to reach out for recommendations or anything you need.

A few logistics: up to 14 guests, pet-friendly (1 pet), and groups with members under 30 need host approval.
